My name is Kim Mountstephens, I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist, and a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

I am deeply passionate about reflexology and have experienced first-hand its therapeutic effects whilst working as a cancer nurse specialist. Many of my patients struggled with the stress and discomfort that cancer and it’s treatment can bring, I often referred them for complementary therapies.  In particular I noticed that reflexology provided patients with a non-invasive therapy that brought great calmness and a holistic approach to their care. This experience inspired me to make a career change that allowed me to continue to care for people but in a different way.
